Coolivin offers polished serviced accommodation designed for people who want an easy landing in Lisbon—especially students and first-time renters. Guests often describe their stay as a major part of what made their time in the city so enjoyable, thanks to a clear, well-run setup and support that’s there when you need it.
One of the biggest strengths is the team behind the apartments. Visitors consistently mention how approachable and helpful the house manager(s) are, offering guidance “at every step,” which can make a huge difference if it’s your first time renting on your own or moving to a new country. That attentive, professional presence continues throughout the stay as well—people note that help is readily available if anything comes up, and that messages are answered quickly.
The apartments themselves are described as clean, comfortable, and in good condition, with layouts that feel both attractive and practical for day-to-day living. If you’re staying a few weeks or longer, you’ll appreciate that the rooms are set up with essentials a student typically needs, so you can focus on classes, exploring, and settling into a routine rather than chasing basics.
Location is another highlight. The neighborhood around R. António Enes is regularly praised for being convenient without being hectic, with everyday services within short walking distance. Guests also call out the street for being calm and quiet—ideal if you want restful nights while still being well-connected to the city’s energy. And for anyone working or studying online, the fast Wi‑Fi is frequently mentioned as reliable and smooth for daily use.
Overall, Coolivin is a strong choice for anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable base in Lisbon with a supportive team and the kind of practical details—quiet surroundings, clean spaces, and responsive communication—that make longer stays feel simple.

10 months agoOk standard, good communication throughout stay, but I advise to read the contract carefully as well as asking questions in writing before entering it. Portuguese friends tell me the price is wildly high compared to the many flatmates + no living room as well as the overall standard of flat. Some mold in the bathrooms, but overall a decent flat because of the central location.
